Corvo- day 3

Buff-bellied Pipit
Adult winter Dotterel- the remnants of the red belly patch and evenly bordered edges to coverts and tertials indicate this is an adu;t (in juveniles the coverts have notches and the tertials have undulating edges)
Adult White-rumped Sandpiper- one of three on the mountain. This bird can be aged by the worn primaries and overall grey colouration. 
2 juvenile American Golden Plover
Buff-breasted Sandpiper and Mika
Dotterel and Eric
Little Egret- an individual with extensively yellow legs. 
Northern Wheatear- presumably 'Greenland Wheatear' (below in flight) 

View from the mountain

The weather improved today. Spent the morning around the village and the afternoon on the mountain with Katt, Vince, Rene and Eric. A nice afternoon on the mountain with 1 Buff-bellied Pipit, 1 Buff-breasted Sandpiper, 3 White-rumped Sandpiper, 2 American Golden Plover, 1 adult Dotterel, Snow Buntings and 10+ Wheatear.
A few other bits on the island including 2 Red-eyed Vireo, Pec Sand, Cattle Egret and Lapland Bunting. 48 birders now here.
