Rock Partridge, Krk, Croatia (Day 14 Slovenia/Croatia Road trip)

Secret mission accomplished today. Got Rock Partridge for my life and WP list. I've  dipped these before in Bulgaria so was keen to try and nail one so was the main reason we headed down into Croatia. The site on Krk is described HERE by Joachim Bertrands. Got to be one of the easiest places to see one in Croatia.

 Rock Partridge
Serin - while on the subject of birds (as this blog is supposed to be a birding blog) there is  also a typical mix of Mediterranean species on Krk- Black-eared Wheatears, Alpine Swifts (around the Krk bridge), Woodchat Shrike, Nightjar, Bee-eater, Serins, Subalpine and Sardinian Warblers and also Hawfinches are common- can't get away from them.
The Hermit I believe (another lifer if I've identified it correctly) (cheers Domen for confirmation!)
