Beddington Farmlands

Another hot night, this time a bit stormy and another busy insect night. Here's a few bits which are either new for years or not seen much of on other nights during this heatwave.  Tentative identifications- please correct.

Gold Spot
I'm going for Small Sqaure Spot on this. Nope it's a Mottled Rustic (see comments)

Anyone know what this striking mini-beast is? Notonecta glauca- thanks guys!

Dark form of Ash Bud moth?
Epinotia ramella (Thanks Billy!)
Caloptilia semifascia
A worn Aethes beatricella - nope Aethes smeathmanniana (Thanks Billy!)
Nothing unusual but it was posing- Light Emerald
Not sure- maybe a Dingy Shears- its a Flounced Rustic

Small Square Spot looks like Uncertain to me .

Hi Peter, your small square spot isnt an uncertain either, its a Mottled Rustic. You can see the small orangy staining near each kidney mark. The last image is a Flounced Rustic.
