Brindled Green is coming up as a strong possiblility?
I've had the same species in my house in Streatham - a very big moth yes? I'd be very curious to know what it is. We have Jersey tigers in the garden too in the last thee weeks.Rob Bell
We've also got Brindled Green Crescent as a strong suspect.Still waiting for Jersey Tiger here.
Looks like a Green Arches to me, but thats a mid-summer moth. Maybe you have a second generation down in London?
Bit warmer down here so could well be?

I like the sound of that- there are dissidents who are sticking to the Brindled Green possibilty. I'll back the winner!! hahhaaha
