Brindled Green is coming up as a strong possiblility?

I've had the same species in my house in Streatham - a very big moth yes? I'd be very curious to know what it is. We have Jersey tigers in the garden too in the last thee weeks.

We've also got Brindled Green Crescent as a strong suspect.
Still waiting for Jersey Tiger here.

Looks like a Green Arches to me, but thats a mid-summer moth. Maybe you have a second generation down in London?

Bit warmer down here so could well be?

Just worked it out. It's a Feathered Ranunculus, the green form doesn't make it into the book for some reason. See here for another one
