Two ticks!

 Bomber! I got one :-)
 December Moth- finally caught one- a first for Beddington
Palpita Vitrealis- another first for Beddington 
 Large Wainscot feeding on Del Monte fruit cocktail juice
 Silver Y hiding on my bins
Autumn street trees- a snap from work this morning

Wahay, well done Pete. Check out those antennae! If you think they're big though, wait til you see a Plumed Prominent!

Ok that's the next one on my wish list.

Indeed yes. I rarely catch females but they look quite different, obviously much larger and differently proportioned. Check out this link to UKM if you've not already seen it. No idea of the status of Plumed Prom up there, down here in Dorset they only occur at one site in the north of the county, quite a restricted species I think. Cheers

That's a striking size difference- I only looked in my Waring and Townsend - just a pic of the male in there. Will double check in UKmoths from henceforth.
