PACIFIC GOLDEN PLOVER- BEDDINGTON FARMLANDS


Well we seem to have come to a conclusion that the mystery plover is London's second ever Pacific Golden Plover and the first one since 1870!
That's another first for Beddington. A blinding Bank Holiday Weekend.

All credit to you Peter for all the work you put in to uncover the true ID of this bird. It was never going to be easy.

A main part of the id is based on the strength of what Roger and Bob saw and described. They identified it in fairness- just didn't get the word out.
